  • What an agreement is

    An optional written agreement a customer accepts online. Set how agreements are sent and build your templates in Settings.

  • Sending an agreement

    Prepare an agreement from the customer's record and send it for them to accept online, with automatic reminders and a 30 day link.

  • The cooling-off period

    A customer can cancel an agreement within 14 days of accepting it, from their own manage page, without giving a reason.
