Excel files that also open in Google Sheets and Numbers. Each has a "How to fill this in" tab that explains every column with an example to copy, and dropdowns so the fixed choices are always in the words RotaRound reads.
You stay in control
- See every customer, property, service and price before anything is saved.
- Anything unclear is listed with its row number and the reason.
- Possible duplicates are flagged: skip them, add to them, or add them as new.
- Every price is ex VAT. VAT is added only if you're VAT registered.
- Invoice terms come from your settings unless a row gives its own.
