  • Never a clock time. Customers are told the morning or the afternoon, never a clock time.
  • Changes. A confirmed visit that moves can bring a fresh email with the new day.

  • Requests. A request sent from the customer portal lands in your Mailbox with the visit it concerns.
  • The team told of changes. When a visit today or tomorrow is added, moved, cancelled or changed, or a request or access change arrives for it, the team member attending is emailed straight away.
  • Replies. Customers reply to the emails that invite it, and each reply lands in your Mailbox with the email it answers.
  • Opt out. Customers can stop visit emails from their page, and marketing with one click, each on its own.
  • Previewed. Anything you send by hand is previewed exactly as the customer will see it.

Questions about this feature

Do I have to send the emails myself?

No. Visit confirmations and reminders about agreements go by themselves under your name, according to your Settings, and price reviews set by an agreement go by themselves when you choose Send automatically. Visit confirmations start switched off, until you are ready for customers to hear from you. Anything you send by hand is previewed first. Read more: Every email a customer can get

What time are customers told?

Customers are told the day and whether to expect you in the morning or the afternoon, never a clock time. That holds for visit confirmations, changes, one-off jobs and the customer's own page. Read more: Visit confirmations

Can customers opt out of emails?

Yes. Visit emails carry a link to the customer portal, where one press stops them, and marketing emails carry a one-click unsubscribe. The two are separate, so a customer can stop offers and still hear about their visits. You can see and change both on their record. Read more: Opting out
