Review each price a set number of months after it last changed, or every year in the month you choose.

The price update email is written from your own wording and previewed before it goes.

- A price on every service. Each service carries its price, per visit or by the hour, and the date it took effect.
- CPI, RPI, a percentage or set prices. Choose the rise and the new price is worked out for every property, to the nearest 10p.
- The rate and its month. Each index rate is shown with the month it covers, as published by the Office for National Statistics.
- Several properties, one email. A customer with more than one property gets one email covering them all.
- Notice. New prices start after the notice you set, 30 days unless you change it.
- Hold the price. Leave a price as it is until the next review period or for a number of months, with an email to the customer if you want.
- Agreement price reviews. A customer in an agreement gets the Price review it sets, prepared for you and sent on its date if you choose.
- History kept. Every change and every hold is kept and dated; past visits keep the price they had.

How do price reviews work?
Each service has a price and the date it took effect. When a review falls due, it appears on the Price reviews page. You choose CPI, RPI, a percentage or new prices, the email is written for you, and you preview it before sending. Past visits keep the price they had. Read more: Price reviews
What if I want to leave a price as it is?
Press Hold the price on the Price reviews page and choose to hold it until the next review period or for a number of months. You can tell the customer their price is staying the same. The review comes back on the date shown. Read more: Holding a price
