Work

Every piece of work is either a regular service that repeats on a frequency, or a one-off job done once. This explains which to use.

Set up work that repeats: its frequency, preferred days and team member, hours, price and how it is invoiced.

Book a single piece of work for a new or existing customer, and either let the diary place it or choose the slot yourself.

Run a regular service only part of the year, or at a different frequency, hours and price outside its season, and email customers before each change.

Send a customer a quote for a regular service or a one-off job, and follow it from the dashboard until they accept or reject it.

Save a quote, job or service you have started and come back to it later from the Drafts page or the dashboard.
