Is there a free trial?
Two months, free, and no card is needed to start. If you have not added a card when it ends, the account pauses: nothing is deleted and you can still download your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time by closing your account in Settings. Your subscription runs to the end of the month paid for. We do not refund part months.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and try again. Put it right with Change card in Settings, Billing. If it stays unpaid, the account pauses until it is paid.
Can I bring my customers and team across?
Yes. Download the customer and team templates from the Moving to RotaRound page, fill them in from your spreadsheet or your old app, and import them. RotaRound shows every customer, property, service and price exactly as it will be saved, flags anyone who may already be in your account, and emails nobody until you go live.
Do you charge per team member?
Never. Add your whole team. The price stays £25 a month.
