Why RotaRound for lawn care businesses
Lawn treatment is seasonal and precise. Four or five visits a year per lawn, in the right order, at the right intervals, and a lot of one-off jobs in spring. Customers sign up for a programme and expect it kept.
RotaRound holds the programme as the customer's schedule and places the visits by the season. Agreements set out the treatments, the price and the annual rise; customers accept online and get a PDF. When the weather moves a visit, the whole programme does not slide.
The dashboard shows booked hours against available hours for the month, so you know before spring whether you need another pair of hands.
Three examples
A frost in March. The week's treatments are cancelled in a few taps and offered new slots inside the window.
Annual reviews. The review list shows every programme due; each customer is sent their new price, and customers in an agreement get the notice it sets.

How RotaRound fits a lawn care business
A lawn programme is a set of visits at set intervals through the growing season. RotaRound holds it as a regular service that runs in season: you set the dates the season starts and ends and how often the visit comes, and the rest of the year can have no visits at all.
Treatment prices are often set per lawn. Each service carries its own price per visit, or an hourly rate, and the price review list covers every lawn when its review falls due.
Extra treatments, such as scarifying or aeration, can be quoted on their own. The customer accepts the quote online, and the work is added as a one-off job or as a second regular service with its own frequency and price.
Each lawn is different, so each property keeps its own notes, such as its size, its problem areas or where the outside tap is. The team member sees them on their dashboard before the visit, and the customer can see what was done on each past visit on their customer portal.
Questions from lawn care businesses
How do I set up a treatment programme?
Add a regular service that runs in season, with the season's start and end dates and how often the visit comes, such as every eight weeks. Give it the hours and the price for each visit, and the diary places the visits through the season every year.
Can customers sign up for a year's programme?
Yes. Send a written agreement that sets the term, the notice period and the price review method. The customer reads and accepts it online, and a PDF is kept for both of you.
How do price reviews work?
Each property carries its review date, and every review that falls due lands on one list. Choose CPI, RPI, a percentage or a price you set, and preview each customer's email before it goes. A review you want to leave is held with Hold the price.
Can my team see their day on a phone?
Yes. Each team member has a private dashboard that opens in the browser on their phone, with nothing to install and no password. It shows their visits with the address, the access instructions and the notes for each lawn.
