Referral terms

These referral terms are part of our Terms of service (section 7). Version 2026-10-28.1, effective 28 October 2026.

Your link and code

Every RotaRound business has its own referral link and code, in Settings, Billing, under Refer a business. You share them yourself. We send nothing for you.
A business that signs up through your link, or types your code in the sign up form, gets a free month as a longer trial.

You get a free month once that business has made its first payment and a hold of 14 days has passed.
We may tell you the name of the business that joined.
Rewards go only to accounts that are open and in good standing. If your account is closing, closed, suspended or paused when a reward would be given, it is not given, now or later.
Before your first payment, a free month makes your trial longer. After it, your next payment moves on by a whole month.
There are limits to the free months one account can hold and to the rewards one business can earn in a year. A reward over a limit is not given.
Free months have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.

Rewards are for real businesses that are not your own.
We check referrals for misuse. We may hold a reward while we check, and refuse it if a referral is your own business, is not genuine, or does not follow these terms.
If the new business's payment is refunded or charged back within 60 days, your reward is taken back. Free months not yet started are removed. Months already used are not charged.
If we find misuse, we may also take back rewards already given, and stop your account earning rewards.

Each business can join through one referral, and is credited to one source only. We decide which source a sign up is credited to, whether a referral counts, and any question about a reward. Our decision is final.
We may change or end these terms or the referral offer at any time. Rewards already given are kept, unless they were obtained by misuse.
